My wife and I are not 'Fluoride is the Devil' kind of people, but we switched to Tom's natural, fluoride-free tootpaste several years ago (and still have all of our teeth, or at least as many as we had when we switched). For my children, we alternate between the fluoride and fluoride-free versions of Silly Strawberry. My son is 7, and my daughter is 6; they both enjoy brushing their teeth (on their own in the morning and at lunch, then parent-assisted in the evening). The enjoyment has alot to do with Tom's quality of toothpaste, and I recommend their toothpastes to everyone.
