This is a great tasting toothpaste. It's fluoride free and I've been using it or one of the other great Tom's of Maine floride free toothpastes. (They carry fluoride toothpastes too, so be sure and read the label if you want that in your toothpaste.) I love the peppermint flavor too. I've used Tom's of Maine for years.
